Like many industries document scanning has lots of terms and jargon that are not always as easy to understand as we think. So we have tried to demystify the whole scanning process by putting together an Information Center to give you lots of useful info – which we hope will be of help.

Who We Are
Scanning Direct was started 5 years ago to provide scanning services to the financial services industry, who were and are still drowning in paper. Since then our reputation for providing a quality service has spread too many other industries.

Based in East Yorkshire with good access to major road networks we have clients all over the country. We now have our own purpose built self contained premises which has allowed us to expand our business from its humble beginnings. However, we do not encourage our clients to visit our site due to the sensitive nature of many of our contracts, to which security is paramount.

The Scanning Direct Team
All of our staff are fully trained in the operation of our state of the art equipment and software. We never use out workers to prepare files in their homes. All work is conducted on our premises and is fully supervised.

Employee Confidentiality
We pride ourselves on our integrity and all of our staff sign a Declaration of Confidentiality. The disclosure of information to any unauthorised party will result in instant dismissal and leave them open to possible prosecution.
